Who Can Join?

Membership is open to anyone over the age of 16. We welcome writers of all ages and abilities to join us.

Membership Rules

We don't have any specific rules and regulations about membership.  We simply ask members to support and respect other members and their work.

Subscription Fees

You can attend your first Writing Circle meeting for free, if you decide to join then we do ask you to pay a small subscription fee.  Subscription fees contribute towards the costs of room hire and the expenses of guest speakers etc.  We don't like to ask but unfortunately we have to.

The subscription rates for 2010 will be set at the Annual General Meeting in January.

Membership Benefits

Membership entitles you to:

• Attend all our meetings, guest speakers and workshops for free throughout the year;
• Have your work published in Aware - our annual publication;
• Receive our monthly newsletter with updates on events, competitions and useful writing tips;
• Free advertisement on Write Space for your own web site and any books you have published.
